  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns. You can return your items within 30 days of purchase for all domestic purchases and 14 days of purchase for all international purchases for a full refund as per our returns policy.

  • The items must be in their original condition and packaging.

All shipping is from our location in Toronto, Canada. For guaranteed delivery, we ship using UPS , FEDEX, and Canada Post (Purolator) with tracking number for every package.

  • Sameday handling for In Stock products

Shipping:

  • Sameday for In Stock products  if order is placed before 1:00 PM EST 

  • Next day for In Stock products if order is placed after  1:00 PM EST 

Return & Exchange Policy

At JaBIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

 

  • Below is the return policy summary: 

    • Any purchase on our site automatically abides by this return policy. Please, if you don't agree to the following return conditions don't purchase the product

 

  • All Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for domestic purchases and 14 days of purchase for international purchases.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging and condition with all the accessories unless otherwise instructed by our customer support team.

  • Buyer will be responsible to pay all return shipping cost and custom duties for the return package.

  • Cash-On-Delivery (C.O.D) returns or Returns that custom duty and shipping costs have not been paid for by the customer , will not be accepted at all.

  • Goods that are marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are final and can't be returned. 

  • Buyer shall pay 20% restocking fee for any returns.This will be deducted from the Buyer's refund.

  • Please contact us before returning an item in case its a technical issue.
