You can return your items within 30 days of purchase for all domestic purchases and 14 days of purchase for all international purchases for a full refund as per our returns policy. The items must be in their original condition and packaging.

All shipping is from our location in Toronto, Canada. For guaranteed delivery, we ship using UPS , FEDEX, and Canada Post (Purolator) with tracking number for every package and requires a signature for package delivery.

All Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for domestic purchases and 14 days of purchase for international purchases.
The item must be returned in the original packaging and condition with all the accessories.
Buyer will be responsible to pay all return shipping cost and custom duties for the return package.
Buyer shall pay 20% restocking fee for any returns.This will be deducted from the Buyer's refund.
